In all fairness I bought them for 1.25 at the dollar store soooo…RIP, thank you for your service. I’ve been scrubbing a shower for 2 days and this grime will not budge. I physically cannot take more bleach powder or smelly stuff. I definitely need a better process but I genuinely underestimated the job this time folks. grody is all I have to say!

On a better note, the air feels fresher here and there’s a breeze coming through my window. I’m on case #15 in MURDLES: volume 1. Tonight I sat on the swing outside in the back yard and spent an hour and some just enjoying the night. I’ve been so blessed with slow mornings and lots of adventures lately. I was reminded of that quote by
Andrea Gibson, “in the end, I want my heart to be covered in stretch marks.”
Me too Gibson. I want my life to be covered with these growth threads and a patchwork beauty stitched into every interaction I have. I want a big life. One that is full of love, full of life, full of laughter. And I’m creating that space for myself, and it feels wonderful to be homesick in such a beautiful way.
