Life changes

Well. It’s a period of life for me where lots of things are uncertain. This used to mean a whole lot of danger and fear to me.

However, as I live I realize how much of this whole thing is about knowing everything is “figure-out-able” as my therapist says. About how confidence doesn’t come from knowing all the things. It comes from the deep knowing of yourself, and that whatever positions you find yourself in, you always have choices and you can make them. Or not.
