I mysteriously had a plant pop-up market blocked out in my planner for the 11th. No idea where I heard about it! And it ended up in my calendar with an address, so naturally, legally, I had to go.
After taking my little bus ride toward Lacey and Elite cafe I was welcomed by so. Many. Plants. I was overwhelmed not only by the local businesses and growers I got to meet, but also by the accessible prices and interesting kinds of vegetation. (Also by the terrarium dude with the coolest DYI set up complete with verse and visual descriptions.)
I met people there and bought far too many things! And! I spoke to the person in charge about joining their market with loose leaf tea as that product develops. I love all the ways in which my life is surprising me so kindly. I turn around these days and I feel so grateful to be where I am. Even on my most stressful days.
